Parent Submit Copy of Valid State ID. Student must submit copy of School ID or Valid State ID. Insurance, and MD information must be on file as well. Thank You!

Camp will take place at Scott School of Careers-S South Campus located at 3328 W 159th Street in Markham IL 60428. Students must have transportation to and from activities associated with 2-day Nursing Camp unless otherwise directed. This camp is for students age 14-17 years of age. Exceptions may apply with approval from Camp Director. Please inquire within location.
